Breitling Shark Sculpture

VIP Basel watch show invitation in 2008. The shark figure we created was to reflect an expression in French “Sharks in Business” (Les requins des affaires), which describes a person who is competitive in business. It was sealed in a sardines-like tin container stamped on the top : Keep refrigerated, best before April 3rd, 2008 (which was the date of the show). Funnily enough, a lot of the recipients of this invitation took the notice very seriously and put it in the fridge.  Dimensions (without container) : 105 x 210 x 35 mm. Material : Hand-painted resin, thermoformed plastic support, steel tin. Design and production by Adatte Design. Made in China.
